With almost a million square feet of warehouse space in Atlanta, Ga Tie Down operates at an impressive scale, I aim to capture the precision and craftsmanship behind the operation.
Dewalt Robotic Grinder
A custom grinder setup on a robotic arm to assist with the buffing and deburring stages of racks. The racks are to be fitted with semi-truck refrigerators to assist in mounting.
Yaskawa welding robots
Yaskawa welding robots and fully integrated workcells are designed to enhance weld quality, reduce cycle times, and maximize return on investment.
Robotic Fender Press
With suction cups and precise placement, this machine aids in the folding of pre-cut galvanized metal to be transformed into protective tire fenders for boats and trailers.
